If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please take a moment to review our policy on returning items and receiving refunds.

What items can be returned?

If an item is damaged or mislabeled, you are welcome to return it for a refund. However, please note that we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or for size exchanges.

How do I go about returning an item?

Please contact us before sending your return. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. Please return the item to the return shipping label on your original package. If you do not have the original package, we will provide you with a return address upon request. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a mail service that offers insurance and tracking. Additionally, we cannot issue a refund until we receive the item or receive proof of its return delivery.

What if my item was a gift?

In the event that the item was originally purchased as a gift, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
